Upon check-in, a security bond (deposit) is required in the form of a credit card. The credit card bond amounts are AUD100 – Studio & 1-Bedroom and AUD200 - 2-Bedroom. Refunds via credit card after departure but may take 5-10 days to become available.
Cash bond (deposit) is also accepted. The cash bond amounts are AUD200 – Studio & 1-Bedroom and AUD400 - 2-Bedroom. The cash deposit will be refunded on departure following an inspection of the apartment by duty staff.
